Overview Abby Couriers is a family business operating from regional bases across the UK. Our main offices are located in Essex, London and Hertfordshire. We have been established for more than 15 years and have achieved consistent, steady growth during that time. We are passionate about two things. Firstly, being as good as we possibly can be on behalf of our customers. Secondly, safeguarding the professional interests of the road courier industry.
Professional Standards
Such is our standing within the professional courier community that it is not unusual for senior Abby spokespersons to be asked by the national media to comment on issues affecting the industry as a whole. Abby is an active member of the National Couriers Association, The Federation of Small Businesses and The British Chambers of Commerce.
Abby Resources
Our Operations Managers and Control Room Team are appropriately trained and fully supported by appropriate technical infrastructure. Abby drivers are fully trained, screened, experienced and monitored. For your additional assurance, each package in their care is individually tracked throughout its journey. The Abby vehicle fleet comprises of small vans, long wheel base high top transit, Luton trucks with tail lift to 7.5 tons and heavier trucks to artic size. Specialised vehicle adaptations - for example secure pharmaceutical couriers or refrigerated units – can usually be provided.
